Return and Refund Policy

At HellGamerz, every item is custom-printed and manufactured specifically for you once your order is placed. Because we do not hold a warehouse of pre-made stock, we operate a specific return and refund policy.
Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Report an Issue
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Resolution
Once verified, we will:
Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
Provide a refund if a replacement is not available.
2. Size Exchanges and Change of Mind
Because all HellGamerz products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Incorrect colour selection
Change-of-mind purchases
Please check the size guides and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will check whether the order can still be stopped.
4. Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We will investigate the shipment with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping details are correct when placing an order.
If a package is returned to the sender because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend the item.
6. Digital Membership & Subscription
By puchasing any of our membership plans, you agree to the following:
- Immediate access: You receive instant access to digital benefits (Discord access and roles, shop discounts) because these are delivered immediately, memberships are non refundable.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, Cancellation will stop all future billings, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
- Discount usage: If a membership discount is used to purchase a physical product, the membership cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as the financial benifit has been reclaimed by the user.
